Murray Everett discusses his relatives’ service in both World Wars – Murray’s grandfather served during World War 1, and his Uncle served during World War 2. Murray speaks about his grandfather’s diary, which includes information about his service in France, time in hospital and names of people with whom he corresponded. Murray also discusses other documents, such as discharge papers and service records of other Tasmanian Aboriginal people, particularly from Cape Barren Island and Flinders Island, and he also discusses Anzac Day and his family members involvement.
