Gladys Waters describes her husband Len Waters’ life during the 1970s - Len was a World War 2 fighter pilot who left the air force in 1946. Gladys talks about his drinking and describes in detail a severe car accident Len was involved in, and his battle with ill health and financial troubles in its aftermath. Gladys also briefly discusses Len’s brother, Jimmy, and his service with the occupying forces in Japan.
