At Pine Creek we spoke to Michael ‘Mick’ Markham who discussed his service in the army during the Vietnam War. Mick went over to Vietnam with 9RAR and made friends he still has today, but looking back he doesn’t know why we needed to go to Vietnam in the first place. Mick also discusses life after the services, PTSD, alcoholism and his close connection with his culture and land.
